Make a lasting gift to the Vancouver Heritage Foundation through a contribution to the Heritage Conservation Endowment Fund. Help to create a legacy of heritage buildings for future generations while meeting your own financial and personal charitable goals. 

Endowments are gifts of real property, cash, securities, and bequests that provide ongoing funding for the programs of the VHF. Tours, lectures, workshops, and granting programs such as True Colours and Restore It! all benefit from the revenue stream generated by interest from the Heritage Conservation Endowment fund. 

Gifts of any size can be directed to the endowment fund. The annual interest generated from the gift or principal, in turn, is used by the VHF as you have designated, for the tours, lectures, workshops, and granting programs. The principal remains untouched in perpetuity. In other words, your endowment will exist forever, creating a lasting legacy. An endowment gift can be made during your lifetime or through an estate gift.

Recognizing Your Gift:

• A tax receipt will be issued to you for the full amount of your gift
• Your gift will be recognized on the VHF’s website and in the Annual Report
  

As a result of the unique partnership between the VHF, CBC and JJ Bean, we now have a dedicated space underneath The Wall on the CBC Plaza, 700 Hamilton Street, in which to recognize our wonderful donors who have contributed $10,000 or more to the Vancouver Heritage Foundation.
