Most event expenses are incurred in the four week period just prior to the event.  Our registration cancellation policy reflects the fact that we cannot recover these costs. 

We do not provide refunds or credits for cancellations received less than four (4) weeks prior to an event. 

We cannot provide refunds or credits for non-attendance.

If you cannot attend an event you have registered for, delegate substitutions are permitted with telephone authorization from the VHF. 

We reserve the right to cancel an event due to insufficient enrollment or extremely poor weather.  If an event is cancelled for any reason, the VHF’s liability is limited to a refund of the event fee or a credit note.

We reserve the right to cancel an event, or substitute an alternate qualified instructor / presenter due to instructor / presenter illness or scheduling difficulties. 

NOTE:  Annual Heritage House Tour tickets are non-refundable once the registrant’s guidebook / ticket is mailed out.  This takes place approximately one (1) month prior to the event.
