Description
Built in 1928, the Beach Lodge is of brick construction designed by Evans & Sons. Its design features include concrete sills, an arched Gothic entry, vertical pilasters and parapet with cornice.
The building is an example of the second phase of West End Development, when multi-unit dwellings became more popular in the area. It had suffered only minor alterations through the years.
