On behalf of Vancouver Heritage Foundation, I would like to thank you for agreeing to open your beautiful site on the 2026 Heritage Discovery Day. We are delighted to include your site. Below are some expectations for you as the site facilitator so you can plan accordingly for the tour into and know what to expect.

I understand that Vancouver Heritage Foundation staff will research and write up information about your site for the tour guidebook, and for notes for volunteers to share with visitors, which you receive a copy of. As a site facilitator, I am responsible for sharing any information that is incorrect and feedback with the VHF team. I understand that the tour will occur on Saturday June 6th, and the sites are open for ticket holders from 10am to 5pm I understand that the site must be closed to the public for the duration of the day and is only open to the ticketholders and the VHF volunteers. (9am- 6pm) I understand that on the day of the event, volunteers will arrive at 9am and will leave the premises by 6pm I understand that pets and animals who live on the property must be kept in a separate part of the home that is not open to the public or taken off of the premises for the entire duration of the day. (9am- 6pm) I understand that Vancouver Heritage Foundation staff and our volunteer photographer will be taking photos inside and outside the home(Required)
