House Call Grant

Supported the drafting a report to guide the long-term maintenance and repair of a heritage building

House Call grants provided a maximum of $500 up to 50% of the cost of the consultation and drafting of a Conservation Report to assist building owners in planning the maintenance / repair of their building and for development permit applications. If you applied for House Call, your house or building was required to be on the City of Vancouver Heritage Register. Grant recipients hired a Heritage Consultant from a list provided.

VHF continues to financially support heritage site owners with the cost of developing Conservation Reports. Learn more about Planning Project Grants through the Heritage Conservation Grants program here.
