Notice Regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Please note the VHF office is closed until further notice due to the rapidly evolving situation with COVID-19 (Coronavirus). VHF staff are continuing to work remotely and are able to respond to email and social media inquiries during regularly scheduled hours. We will also be checking voice mail periodically.

If you are registered for an event, please note that we will contact all registrants directly and will update event web pages if we make the decision to cancel or postpone further events. If you have any questions please contact us via email.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that we do not provide refunds or credits for cancellations received less than four weeks prior to an event date or for non-attendance. Most event expenses are incurred in the four-week period just prior to a course or event. This policy has been instituted because we cannot recover these costs. Thank you for your understanding.

OFFICE HOURS:

Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We are closed for all statutory holidays.
