Heritage Conservation Grant Final Report

After the completion of your planning or conservation project please fill out all sections of the form and submit it online to Vancouver Heritage Foundation as the final step in completing your grant project.

(1) Completed Statement of Revenues & Expenses (an updated budget form), (2) a copy of paid receipts related to eligible work costs, and (3) photos of the work, pre, post and in-process - min of 2 to a max of 10.
