Vancouver Heritage Foundation is hosting a Fundraising Gala at Cecil Green Park House on September 28th to kick off our annual fundraising campaign.
This year our focus is on heritage education – we want to deepen our existing educational programming and reach more Vancouver communities. Our educational work furthers public appreciation and conservation of Vancouver’s diverse heritage places and their stories. We invite organizations, companies, and individuals who share our love of Vancouver and its diverse heritage places to support our 2023 Fundraising Campaign.

You're invited to join Vancouver Heritage Foundation at Cecil Green Park House for our Fall Fundraising Gala to kick off our annual fundraising campaign. The evening will feature a heritage presentation, silent auction, 50/50 draw, and a few other surprises, all while enjoying some delectable canapés and a selection of fine wines and beers.
A silent auction will be available in a virtual capacity open to both Gala attendees and general public. Items will be present to view in-person at the Gala, however bidders (and winners) do not have to be in attendance. All proceeds go directly to support Vancouver Heritage Foundation and our educational programming and grants.
Online bidding will begin on Thursday, September 21st at 10AM and will close at 8:30 PM on Thursday, September 28t, during the Gala. Please note that in order to bid in the silent auction, you will need to create a bidding account.
Bid on Virtual Silent Auction Items HereThe auction is hosted on a well-known online bidding site, 32Auctions. Participants do not need to create an account in order to view items, but one is needed if you wish to bid. If you make a bid on an item, you will receive a reminder 24 hours before the auction is closed. There is no limit on bids and they can be made any time of the day in the 1 week period. Once you make a bid on an item you will be sent a confirmation. You will also be notified if you have been outbid.
As soon as the auction has ended, if you are a successful bidder on items a notification email will be sent to you which contains a link to your invoice page. Invoices display the items won, the winning bid amounts, the total amount due, and a payment button. When you click the payment button you will have the option to pay by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. If you would like to pay by cheque please let us know.
At checkout, you will also be given an option for pick up or delivery. Each item will state the options. Most items can be picked up from the VHF office. Smaller items can be mailed without a fee. We will contact each successful bidder to confirm your pick up and delivery options. Winners attending the Gala can collect their items at that time.
